The Idaho market in Ada and Canyon County is at a record time low in the inventory of homes for sale. Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Middleton, Star, Nampa, Caldwell, Etc… We need inventory!!!! There are plenty of buyers out looking and the frustrations are high because there is a lack of home to choose from. Many home owners want to wait for this weather to pass or spring to approach, but in reality why wait? Why wait for there to be more competition to compete with your home, when there are buyers ready to purchase a home now!!!

Buyers are competing drastically to win out the home of choice, which is making sunshine in the eyes of the seller. Many home sellers feel that spring and summer are the better times to list your home.
